ARTISTS BACKGROUND

Graduated from Canberra School Of Art, BVA Honours,2001. Graduated from Sydney College of the Arts, BVA,1999
Currently lives and works in London.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT

This series of work is inspired by the relationship between the structural dynamics of objects and there movement in space. The starting point is a formal static shape, in this case a cylindrical section, I then explore changes by animating them, creating shifts and a sense of movement through the form. The work also draws on sci-fi terminology such as morphing and warping which I use as references while shaping the forms.
