I have been exploring the textures and patterns created by manipulating fabric, from denim to cotton and rubber. The qualities I have been searching for are transparency, form and light. I am a fine artist who wanted to incorporate glass with stone, but unfortunately was not allowed to use the kiln. I have spent the last ten years exploring and learning a new language in a new material.
