ARTIST'S BACKGROUND

After a teaching career and a year at Central St. Martins, Celia is currently studying for an MA in Glass at the University of the Creative Arts, Farnham.

ARTIST'S STATEMENT

I see my work as a personal journey in self-expression and is an exploration of a number of themes: the natural world and its organic forms, human impact upon it and evidence of man’s humanity. Using a variety of techniques, the fragility of the glass lends itself to the expression of complex issues.
