ARTIST’S BACKGROUND
I have been a studio potter for about fifteen years. My work is generally functional pierced-ware inspired from my travels in Asia – Jali work, relief carvings and cream-ware have been huge influences.

QUALIFICATIONS
Richmond Adult Community College, NONC 2

ARTIST’S STATEMENT
Discovering Pâte de Verre introduced me to cast glass and my interest has developed into core casting and core carving vessel forms. I have found that I have also drawn heavily from my own pierced and relief ceramic work, reinterpreting it into glass.
