ARTIST'S STATEMENT
My work is influenced in different ways. Sometimes it is the colours and the shape of the glass that dictate my designs, at other times I consciously let the glass itself work in the kiln. I am often inspired by dynamics of the sea and coast with its kaleidoscope of colours and textures and its different layers of depth. I also work more conceptually at times where the notions of personal or collective memory find their way into my work. CONTACT [email protected] www.mandytreptow.com |
