GLASSCAPES: Land and Seascapes in Glass Art
Glass is a beautiful and versatile material for creating works sharing the same inspiration of land and sea but resulting in pieces telling very different stories. Our speakers’ interpretations of this theme show a variety of approaches, from the descriptive to the evocative, and span a spectrum of techniques of glassmaking. For the eighth in its series of biennial seminars, Just Glass has invited five internationally renowned glass artists to share the art, craft, and methods they use to show us their particular view of the natural world.
